Kuwait Finance House (KFH) said Wednesday it intends to divest its whole stake of 10% in Arkan Al Kuwait Real Estate.

KFH's representative in Arkan's board of directors submitted his resignation last April, said a bourse filling.

Arkan’s net profits surged 167%to KWD 3.79 million in the six month period ended April 2015, up from KWD 1.42 million for the same period of the previous year.
